This year might not be rather good, but we'll learn from our mistakes and improve.

I must admit that i was rather disappointed and upset at times during past trainings, for most of you always bare those play-play mindset.
But again we trainers had our faults too, so I really hope that next year, we'll enjoy the fruits of our hardwork, to bring back glory to xinmin stjohn corps.
I believe, we will make it.
